Tenant Fees
Before the Tenancy
Pereds charges no upfront fees to tenants.
A deposit against dilapidations and unpaid bills, equivalent to 5 weeks rental, is payable at the commencement of a tenancy and held by Pereds in the capacity of stakeholder under the terms of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
During the Tenancy
Tenants are expected to pay for:
utilities (gas, electricity, water, telephone), council tax, television licence and any cable or satellite services, and insurance of personal possessions and effects.
End of the Tenancy
Tenants are expected to cover the cost of professional cleaning of the property, the inventory check-out, and any dilapidations and/or damage assessed by an independent inventory clerk.
